Refund & Return Policies

We do not refund or exchange products you have purchased once the product is delivered to you, as they are considered hygienic products.

Refunds are done under the following circumstance:

Refunds are only done when orders are fulfilled incorrectly, or they were not delivered under extreme and unusual circumstances and in case of natural disasters and global epidemics. If these conditions are applicable, refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment of the customer.

In case the customer refuses to receive the order

In case the customer refuses to receive his order, he will be responsible for all fees, including shipping and customs fees or any fees related to returning the order to the company, and these fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.
